Biblical counseling is a process where believers can seek help to overcome personal, emotional and spiritual problems through the Word of God and Christian values ​​and principles.  As part of the help strategies, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is used. It is a type of psychotherapy that helps people change their thoughts, feelings and behaviors to align with what the word of God affirms.

 

The purpose of this is: Become aware of your thoughts, feelings and behaviors through the Holy Spirit who reveals them, Identify negative and imprecise thoughts, replace negative thoughts with more positive and realistic thoughts that are consistent with what God says in scripture, change with the help of the Holy Spirit behaviors that negatively affect the integral development of the believer, being able to respond to demanding situations more effectively
